He is a booking agent for a number of different companies but charges the same rate or better than if you book directly with the individual company. What he provides is above and beyond customer service. If ever there is an issue he is immediately available to fix the situation. On our trip this October we forgot to get gas, totally our mistake, we called him late at night and located way South on the Island, he was to us in under 10 minutes, went and got us gas and sent us on their way. No cost, no hassle. I highly recommend using Alex when looking to rent a golf cart on Isla Mujeres, you won’t be disappointed.”
