Before you place your order, please make sure you read this stuff first:

1)  It will take up to 24 hours for you to receive a confirmation from us...we are working hard behind the scene to make it happen for you, but it’s island time remember?  stuff does not happen too fast around here which is a GOOD thing, right?

2) Pick up and delivery times can only be between 9:00AM - 5:00PM…...AND tip those guys when they deliver, ok?  a really GOOD tip!

3) Please allow 3 hours from the time your flight lands in Cancun until you can be on the island. Yes, it takes that long, so enjoy the ride!

4) You must be present to accept the golf cart...deliveries are not possible unless you can sign for the golf cart.

5) We cannot deliver to the ferry, it just makes our guys wait and wait and wait, which is not fun for them at all.  We cannot deliver to Villa Rolandi or Isla Mujeres Palace.  Thank you for your understanding.

​Cancellation and refund policy
  • No refunds for rental time lost due to travel delays.
  • Full refunds for orders cancelled up to 24 hours before the reservation date.
  • Cancelling 24 hours or less before the reservation date in low season (January 7th to January 31st, April 1st to December 16th) will incur the current day being subtracted from the refund; this is because the cart is kept reserved even if the customer doesn't show, so make sure you call or email to cancel on time.
  • There are no refunds for high season orders cancelled 24 hours or less before the reservation date (December 17th to January 6th and February 1st to March 31st); this is because during the holidays we are always sold out. Please inform us ASAP!
